From 11pm on 10 September, your account balance on MTVH Online may not show the correct amount until 7 October.
Any Direct Debit or Standing Order scheduled during this time will not show in your MTVH Online account. One-off card payments will still be shown as normal.
Don’t worry – we will still receive and process any payments you make during this time.
From 7 October, your balance will show the correct amount.
Why this is happening
We understand this may be confusing. This is a temporary measure while we update our systems for your 2023/2024 service charge statement
You will receive a letter from us in early October. The letter will include a breakdown of everything your service charge has paid for over the past year.
If you pay by Direct Debit and the amount needs to change, we will contact you later in October with more information.
