What is MTVH Online?

  • In response to customer feedback, we have launched MTVH Online to make our services simpler and easier to access.
  • MTVH Online has replaced the old Customer Self-Serve portal and with a single secure login you can now:
    • ask for a repair and upload photos of the repair need
    • see status and appointments for your home repairs
    • send us enquiries about communal repairs or anything else
    • see the latest transactions on your account
    • pay online
  • We are currently working on making status and appointments visible for communal repairs.
