What is MTVH Online?
- In response to customer feedback, we have launched MTVH Online to make our services simpler and easier to access.
- MTVH Online has replaced the old Customer Self-Serve portal and with a single secure login you can now:
- ask for a repair and upload photos of the repair need
- see status and appointments for your home repairs
- send us enquiries about communal repairs or anything else
- see the latest transactions on your account
- pay online
- We are currently working on making status and appointments visible for communal repairs.
