Our service at Jesmond Close is home to five people with learning disabilities who need a low or medium level of support.
Residents have their own bedroom and share communal spaces, including the kitchen, lounge, bathrooms and garden. Staff are on-site 24 hours a day, with a night-time sleep-in support worker.
