You can make payments towards your account in different ways. This includes one-off payments. If you make regular payments, you can also set up a Direct Debit.

If you have an MTVH online account, you can make payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can save your debit or credit card details securely, so you won’t need to enter them again next time you login.

You can also call Allpay’s automated phone payment service by calling 0844 557 8321 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You’ll need a credit or debit card and an allpay rent payment card.

Phone payments take 24-48 hours to show up on your account.

Your card provider may charge you a fee if you pay by credit card.

You can also pay online through a secure system called Allpay. You’ll need an email address, a debit or credit card and an Allpay payment card.

Your card provider may charge you interest if you pay by credit card.

If you have an allpay payment card you can use it in more than 22,000 places, including newsagents, convenience stores and supermarkets. Find your nearest allpay store.

Your MTVH Online account

If you have an MTVH Online account, you can view your account balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You’ll also be able to see recent transactions up until the start of the previous financial year, and print out a statement or save it as a PDF.
