Accommodation types and rent prices

Rent is £694.14 a month. This includes utilities, it does not include Council Tax.

Single occupancy flats are for 1 person. These have an en-suite bathroom and shared use of the communal kitchen/diner/living room with 3 or 4 other tenants.

Rent is £850.02 a month. This includes water, it does not include electricity and Council Tax.

Studio flats are either for 1 person or a couple. These are made up of a single large room with sleeping and living areas, a kitchen area and an en-suite bathroom.

Extra details


The deposit is 1 month’s rent which is paid to the Deposit Protection Service. The scheme holds your deposit until you move out of your home.

Who you’ll be living with

You’ll be living with other NHS and Non-NHS keyworkers.

Tenancy length

Your initial tenancy will last for 6 months. After that it becomes a month to month rolling contract. You can end your tenancy at any time by giving 4 weeks’ notice.

Who can apply

To be eligible you must be either:

  • An NHS Worker – Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre staff receiving priority
  • In full time paid employment within the locality
