What you can do with an MTVH Online account
- Check your rent or service charge account balance and download a statement
- Make a payment online by debit or credit card. You’ll be able to see it in your account instantly, so you’ll know we’ve received it
- Make a future payment so you do not have to worry about a payment being late
- Request a repair more quickly than by phoning or emailing, and at a time that’s convenient for you. You can also upload photos of what needs to be fixed.
- View the status of an ongoing repair for your home
- View repairs requested for your communal area
- Update your contact details so we know the best way to get in touch with you
Who can register
You can register for an account if you’re the named person on your MTVH tenancy agreement. Other members of your household will not be able to register.
How to register
We’ve made MTVH Online secure to protect your personal data, so there’s a 3-step registration process. You’ll need your mobile phone and your unique invitation code.
If we’ve sent you an invitation letter or email, your invitation code will be in it. If you don’t have an invitation code you can use the MTVH Online support form to ask for one.
- Go to the online registration form
- Fill in your email and create a password
- Enter your invitation code and mobile number
- Enter the security code that we’ll send to your mobile
