Who you’ll be living with

You’ll be living with other NHS and Non-NHS keyworkers.


Tenancy length

Your initial tenancy will last for 6 months. After that it becomes a month to month rolling contract. You can end your tenancy at any time by giving 4 weeks’ notice.

To be eligible you must be a health care worker who works in the areas covered by the Buckinghamshire Primary Care Trust. This includes Sodexo employees.

Or you must work for, or work with, a public sector body, or similar organisation, that provides essential services for their local community in Buckinghamshire Council, Chiltern, Wycombe, or South Buckinghamshire.

This includes:

  • Teaching education services
  • Social services
  • The fire service
  • The police service
  • The prison service
  • The probation service
  • Publicly funded transport services
  • Any other body or organisation approved by Aylesbury District Council
