Rent is £671.69 a month. This includes utilities and Council Tax.
Single occupancy rooms are for 1 person. These have an en-suite bathroom and shared kitchen facilities.
Rent is £1013.08 a month. This does not include utilities or Council Tax.
2 bedroom houses are for families.
Rent is £1193.12 a month. This does not include utilities or Council Tax.
3 bedroom houses are for families.
The deposit is 1 month’s rent which is paid to the Deposit Protection Service. The scheme holds your deposit until you move out of your home.
You’ll be living with other NHS and Non-NHS keyworkers.
Your initial tenancy will last for 6 months. After that it becomes a month to month rolling contract. You can end your tenancy at any time by giving 4 weeks’ notice.
