We can offer affordable flats and disabled access rooms to keyworker staff who work for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust in London. Our homes are right next to Hammersmith Hospital in White City, London.

  • Local buses run throughout London and there’s a bus stop right outside the hospital.

Westfield shopping centre is also just 10 minutes away by bus.

Accommodation types and rent prices

Rent price is £815.05 a month. This includes all utilities, but does not include Council Tax.

Studio flats are for 1 person

These have a:

  • Study area and bedroom with single bed
  • Built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers
  • Fully-fitted en-suite bathroom
  • Small kitchenette

Rent price is £996.17 a month. This includes all utilities, but does not include Council Tax.

1 bedroom flats are for couples.

These come with:

  • An open-plan kitchen and living space
  • A bedroom with double bed
  • A built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers
  • A fully fitted bathroom

Rent price is £903.55 a month. This includes all utilities, but does not include Council Tax.

These open plan living spaces include a kitchen, bedroom and lounge. The kitchen has lowered countertops, and the fully fitted bathroom has accessible features, including an accessible shower. It also has an emergency pull cord to make it easier to call for assistance if necessary.

The bedroom area has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Extra details


The deposit is 1 month’s rent which is paid to the Deposit Protection Service. The scheme holds your deposit until you move out of your home.

Tenancy length

Your initial tenancy will last for 6 months. After that it becomes a month to month rolling contract. You can end your tenancy at any time by giving 4 weeks’ notice.

Who can apply

To be eligible you must be either (in order of priority):

  • An employee of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust
  • A contractor providing a service for the Trust
  • A healthcare student with a clinical placement at the Trust

We also consider applications from employees of public sector bodies that provide services for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Or any other Health Service body. Contact the local keyworker housing office for details.
