Our service at Clyde House in Wandsworth is home to nine adults with mild learning disabilities. We help our customers to prepare for independent living. Accommodation is in a new-build block located close to the river.
If you’d like to use this service you’ll need to be referred by the Wandsworth Learning Disabilities Team, rather than apply directly. If you are interested in referring to us, please contact the manager on 020 8646 6419.
