Chestnut Avenue is located in the village of Bingham. The scheme provides a safe and secure living environment for people aged 55 and over.

The accommodation includes six two-bedroom bungalows on Chestnut Avenue, six two-bedroom bungalows on Carnarvon Place, and twelve one and two-bedroom flats. There is also a guest room, a laundry room and a community centre with a varied programme of events.
