Who can use this service
People who use this service must:
- be 18 or over
- have a history of rough sleeping
- have a local connection with Spelthorne
- have completed an initial stay at the White House hostel in Spelthorne
The maximum length of stay is 2 years.

RSAP currently consists of 6 self-contained 1 bedroom properties dispersed across Spelthorne Borough. A resettlement worker provides intensive personalised support, working with people to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Cost
All property rents are charged within the Local Housing Allowance cap to ensure they are truly affordable.
