Wellbeing 14

This scheme provides fully-furnished supported housing to people with mental health issues who are funded under the Care Act 14. Our multi-lingual team has extensive experience of working with vulnerable people, asylum seekers and minority ethnic backgrounds. We also offer weekly support visits to our customers.

You can only be referred to this service through Sheffield Care Trust NHS Foundation after you’ve been assessed by a mental health worker.
