What is MTVH Online?

  • In response to the feedback we received around your experience both previous to and after the merger, we have launched MTVH Online to make our services simpler and easier to access
  • MTVH Online has replaced the old Customer Self-Serve portal and with a single secure login you can now easily:
    • ask for repairs
    • see your latest account transactions
    • make payments
    • send us enquiries
  • We will continue to improve MTVH Online, making more services available 24/7, so please don’t hesitate to share your thoughts and ideas with us
