Craig Moray and Church Close are based in Radcliffe on Trent, Nottinghamshire and provide accommodation for people aged 55 and over.
The service consists of 28 bungalows and 10 flats (Craig Moray/Queens Road) and another 21 flats at Church Close. All homes are self contained with an alarm system in case of an emergency, available 24/7.
There is a laundry room with washer and dryer for the use of residents at both sites. There is also a manager on site at Queens Road and Craig Moray, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
Craig Moray community centre is based at Queens Road and is available for all residents to use. There are several activities that take place there throughout the week.

Hilton Grange offers accommodation for people aged 55 and over. There are 62 two-bedroom apartments: 36 for rent and 26 are leasehold.
The service also offers a laundry room and other communal facilities such as a fitness suite, a multi-purpose room for events, two lounges and a library.
There is an alarm system linked to all the apartments and in the communal areas. Each flat has a pull cord in the bathroom and one in the hallway. We are able to supply pendant alarms to our more vulnerable customers.
A Housing with Support Manager is on site from 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday.
Certain customers qualify for extra care which means they receive care from the onsite care team who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There are three routes to the service:
- customers can purchase a leasehold apartment
- customers can bid for a rental property on the CBL scheme of Nottinghamshire County Council
- Customers can apply through Social Services if they fill the criteria for extra care.

Our service at Rugby Road, West Bridgford, offers accommodation for people aged 55 and over.
There are seven self-contained bedsits and 64 one-bedroom flats with pull cords linked to a response system in case of emergency. There is a Housing and Support Manager on site every day.
The accommodation also benefits from a community centre, a laundry room and a guest room for friends and family. Customers are welcome to get involved in activities at the centre, including knitting club, darts club, keep fit, bingo and coffee mornings.

Staveley Close provides accommodation to people aged 55 and over in the popular residential area of Shelton Lock, Derby. The scheme provides safe and secure accommodation, and benefits from:

Spring meadow provides accommodation to people aged 55 and over. The scheme comprises 22 one and two-bedroom flats and six bungalows.
We also manage a further 24 one and two-bedroom bungalows all with private facilities including gardens in and around Cotgrave.
All properties have the option to access call services, as well as a daily call if required. We can also offer customers a 24 hour carer service for those who need it.
There is a Housing and Support manager based on site five days a week and we also provide an out-of-hours on call service.
The scheme also benefits from a communal lounge, kitchen and laundry as well as a walk-in shower. There is a sunny conservatory and patio area in pleasant grounds. Spring Meadow is only a short distance from Cotgrave’s shops and services.
