Help hold us accountable through forums

Fairness and Learning Forum

The Fairness and Learning Forum aims to learn from complaints and resident feedback and agrees follow-up actions to prevent the same issues happening again.

The forum brings residents and MTVH together to identify what could work better, and to help hold us accountable to learn and improve.

“We had a group of people with some brilliant ideas, leading to a very constructive debate that was inclusive for all to take part.”
