A tenant describes their experience

Tenant: I’m Kerry Bull. I’m the senior sister of the endoscopy unit here at Heatherwood Hospital in Ascot. It’s very important to be close to my place of work because I used to live down in Bracknell. I’m now two minutes’ walk from where I work.

I like that it’s a quiet area, it’s sunny. I get all the sunshine pouring through the windows in the morning. I love that we have the open French doors. I’m delighted to have found somewhere that’s affordable, well maintained, and convenient for my place of work in this high cost living area.

They are all fully furnished and benefit from a secure door entry system. There are bike sheds for cyclists, Wi-Fi is readily available, and there are various booths to choose from. Other payable services include an on site laundry facility with 24 hour access, and limited parking.

There is an accommodation office on site, staffed by our friendly and helpful staff who can help with any repairs and maintenance issues or other aspects of your tenancy.

Ascot High Street is a few minutes walk away from the flats, where you can find a selection of supermarkets, coffee shops, and other facilities, including a petrol station.

The Heatherwood accommodation is conveniently close to the hospital, and only a 10 minute walk to the train station, where you can catch regular trains to London.

We are lucky to be located in a lovely part of the world with the excitement of Ascot racecourse, the ancient woodland of Windsor Great Park, the treasures of Windsor Castle, and fun filled LEGOLAND, all close by.

A tenant describes their experience

Tenant: My name is Joram, I’m from Greece. My partner is called Themis and he is a radiologist assistant at Heatherwood Hospital. It’s very safe. It’s within the hospital grounds, so it’s not on the Main Street. So you don’t have cars passing by. You’ve got cameras. Only the residents can actually enter the building. The rent here is so affordable that we get to do other things that we like, like go on trips because we save on from rent.

This house is amazing. The space is very nice. It’s a big rooms, big living room, all well preserved. So when we moved in it was ready for us. We only needed to bring our clothes. I love living in this home because it’s safe, convenient, and affordable.
