Summary:The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has reaffirmed MTVH’s existing ‘G1’ rating for governance and ‘V2’ rating for financial viability.
The judgement follows a routine stability check, which is carried out periodically by the regulator.
Earlier in 2020, the RSH completed an in-depth assessment of MTVH, after which it confirmed its ‘G1’ and V2’ ratings. In its regulatory judgement, the RSH outlined its assurance that MTVH’s governance arrangements enable it to control the business and continue meeting its objectives; it has the financial capacity to deal with a range of negative scenarios; and the organisation’s financial plans support its strategy, with an adequately funded business plan and the ability to meet future financial commitments.
