Ways to share your voice

Share your feedback when it suits you

Join the Residents’ Voice Network to hear about influencing opportunities that suit your interests, from surveys and focus groups to website testing and one-off feedback activities.

Based on the activity you take part in, we offer vouchers to get involved.

Complete surveys

We’ll invite you to influence change by completing a survey in your own time. Depending on the survey and your preferences, we might contact you online or by phone.

Participate in research to make our services better

Your feedback can help us make MTVH’s services simpler, clearer and easier to use. We’ll invite you to take part in guided sessions with a researcher to help us improve services for all residents.

Research may include:

Scrutinise, review and make recommendations

We’ll invite you to take part in a scrutiny review where you can help investigate how MTVH is performing. Work with other residents to recommend improvements to services, processes or policies.

Join a focus group

Share your experiences, talk about what matters to you, and help shape our services as part of a small group of residents. We run them when needed so your feedback can make a real difference.

We run both online and in-person focus groups to make it easier for more residents to get involved.  Depending on the topic, there may be some reading to do beforehand.

Give feedback on documents

We’ll ask you to read a document, such as a policy or proposal, then share your views so we can make sure it is clear, fair and works for residents.

You’ll be asked to give feedback online, by phone or through a survey, depending on the topic.

Join the Resident’s Voice Network

We’ll ask a few questions to understand your interests and preferences. It should take about 3 minutes to complete.
