Apply for £400 energy discount if you did not get it automatically

The Government gave households a £400 discount on their energy bills between October 2022 and March 2023 (called the ‘Energy Bills Support Scheme’).

Most households received this discount automatically. If you did not receive it, you can apply online to get the discount from the Government. You must apply by 31 May 2023.

Before you start, you will need:

• An email address or phone number (if you have one).
• Your bank account details (a UK current account in your name).
