Ford House in Shoeburyness provides low level support and accommodation for 10 people in self contained bedsits.
Customers have access to a shared lounge and kitchen with 24 hour staff cover (with sleep in cover between the hours of 10pm and 7am). Occasionally staff may leave the building to support individuals in the community. At these times an on call number would be left for emergency use.
