In June 2021, our Chief Executive, Geeta Nanda OBE, became the Chair of the G15 – the group of London’s largest housing associations.
The G15 collectively provides homes for 1 in 10 Londoners and are the largest providers of affordable homes in the capital. They build a quarter of all London’s new homes and collectively own or manage more than 600,000 homes. Around half of MTVH’s homes are located in London.
As Chair for the next two years, MTVH will be working with G15 housing associations on our shared ambition of helping people to have a home and the chance to live well, and to address a range of important issues affecting our residents and communities.
Geeta Nanda OBE, Chief Executive of MTVH and G15 Chair, said:
“By working together, the G15 proudly makes the case for more people to have access to an affordable, safe, and secure place to call home. We champion the remarkable contribution good homes and communities can make to people’s lives and their importance to London as a whole. I am really pleased to be taking on the Chair of the G15, which will be a great opportunity for MTVH to build relationships an9d work with decision-makers to achieve change that benefits all of our residents.”
