Summary:From Tuesday 3 May, all MTVH residents will have a new contractor for heating repairs and maintenance
As we continue working to improve our services to residents, we have selected new contractors in a number of areas. We chose these companies following a competitive process and on the basis of their ability to provide an efficient and effective service for residents.
Importantly, these changes mean that from Tuesday 3 May 2022, there will be a change to the contractor providing maintenance and repair services for both domestic and communal heating appliances. This will apply to all MTVH residents, who will each receive a letter confirming the details of their new contractor.
From 3 May, all heating and hot water queries will be handled directly through the new contractor’s dedicated call centre, which will provide a 24-hour, 365 days a year service.
