Summary:The bulletin includes advice of how to get in touch and descriptions of many of the services we offer.
This week, a bulletin will be mailed to MTVH households which includes ‘cut-out-and-keep’ information on how to get in touch with us, along with an overview of the services we provide, and support available.
The residents we provide a home to have told us that they want us to be an organisation that’s easier and simpler to deal with. The contents of the bulletin are designed to be one way of helping to achieve this. We are committed to improving the service and support we offer by focusing on what matters to the people who make their home with MTVH.

In this bulletin, we describe the different types of job roles our colleagues have and the services they offer, including a local housing manager, service charge officer and repairs operative. There is also advice on how to get in touch with us on a confidential basis for those in financial need.
