Summary:Residents encouraged to register for activities to share views and impact services.

We are committed to listening to residents and acting on your feedback to improve the services we deliver every day. In the past year, MTVH has spoken with hundreds of residents to hear your views on a range of subjects that matter most to you. This feedback has helped to shape MTVH’s services to improve customer experience.

Now, MTVH is encouraging more residents to register their interest in taking part in activities. There are many ways to get involved including:

• Taking part in short online polls or surveys

• Attending one-off focus groups

• Participating in a reading panel to share feedback about written documents

• Becoming a member of one of our involved customer groups

“We want to hear what matters most to you” said Head of Customer Voice, Lynda Davis. “Your feedback helps us to make sure that we are providing the best possible services. There are opportunities to suit everyone, so please do get involved.”

Some of the benefits of taking part in activities include:

  • Having a direct impact on how we deliver our service
  • Opportunities to meet other MTVH residents
  • Learn more about MTVH and the services it provides

In addition to these benefits, our team sometimes provides gift cards to thank customers for taking part in specific activities.

Once you have completed the form, you will be added to the Contact Register and will receive relevant updates about opportunities to participate in activities.
