Over the upcoming festive period, we remain available should you require help and assistance. Please find below the various ways you can contact us:

  • MTVH Online: The easiest and quickest way to request and track repairs, and can be reached through mtvh.co.uk 
  • Customer Hub: If you prefer to speak directly to staff, especially on personal issues, to report anti-social behaviour or tenancy matters, please call 0203-535-3535. If your call is not answered immediately, you can use our automated call-back system without losing your place in the queue.
  • Email: Use our online forms to contact us or report a problem.

Property Desk and Customer Hub – Festive period opening hours

To ensure a comprehensive service, in addition to regular working hours we operate an Out of Hours Service for emergency repairs on 0203-535-3535.

23-27 December: From 5.00pm on 23 December until 8.00am on 28 December, we will be operating an Out of Hours Service only.

28 December: Regular service, 08.00am to 06.00pm. Out of Hours Service, 6.00pm to 8.00am.

29 December: Regular service, 08.00am to 06.00pm. Out of Hours Service, 6.00pm to 8.00am.

30 December – 3 January: From 5.00pm on 30 December until 8.00am on 3 January, we will be operating an Out of Hours Service only.

Reporting an issue with heating or hot water

If you need to report an issue with heating or hot water, you will need to contact your heating contractor directly. Please find below the contacts for your area.
