Summary:Kush Rawal has been at MTVH for 17 years and is currently Director of Residential Investment
MTVH has appointed its Director of Residential Investment, Kush Rawal, on promotion, as its new Executive Director of Customer Services, effective 9 January 2023.
Rawal, already serving as an active member of the MTVH Senior Leadership Team, will succeed Ann Gibbons in the role.
Commenting on his appointment, Geeta Nanda, CEO of MTVH, said: “I am delighted to welcome Kush to the Executive Team. With more than 17 years’ service to MTVH, Kush is a highly respected leader bringing a wealth of invaluable experience to the role. Kush is highly motivated by improving customer experience and has demonstrated this commitment throughout his MTVH career to date. Most recently he has overseen major improvements to MTVH’s shared ownership offer in response to customer feedback.”

Rawal joined MTVH out of university in 2005, as a marketing assistant. From there he has held various roles including Sales and Marketing Director and Commercial Director, and leading on the establishment of So Resi, MTVH’s dedicated shared brand. Rawal became Residential Investment Director in 2018. Between 2017 and 2022, he served on the board of Fizzy Living, MTVH’s pioneering build to rent venture.
